We had a great stay with lots of positive features to comment on. The hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities. The breakfast included a variety of options, including cereals, breads, and fruit, as well as cooked options. Parking was ample and transportation was easily accessible. The location was ideal and the staff were friendly and helpful.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Location, near bus stops, walking distance to downtown and the Sigmund Thun Klamm, Maiskogel... The kids loved the pool. Infrared cabin. Kaprun Zell am See card.
The hotel showed as sold out when I searched for 2 adults and 2 children, but when I searched for just 2 adults, I saw a 'two-bedroom' apartment available so we booked it assuming the worst case scenario would be to pay for breakfast for the kids, ages 6 and 11. When we got there, the rate nearly doubled because of the kids, 70 euro more per night! We were told to demand a refund from Booked.net, as if Booked.net charged us. Because we were unhappy, we were offered an 'upgraded' room. The room was nice, but it was only a one bedroom when we booked and paid for a two bedroom. The next room given to us was big enough, but was by no means a two bedroom apartment, the beds were in the living area instead of a couch but I think it was the best they could do. The carpets were dirty, and the beds were very uncomfortable and hard. Breakfast was nothing special at all, bread, eggs, cold cuts and cheese; if something ran out, they didn't replenish it.

I had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right across the street from the river and close to many attractions. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a balcony with stunning views. The dining options were fantastic, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The spa and wellness center was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of hiking. my stay here was truly exceptional.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The experience was truly wonderful and I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Spent our Christmas break here and it was an amazing experience! the breakfast had so many choices and they even made eggs and bacon to order. the view of the mountains and the nearby river was breathtaking. Location-wise, it was perfect. Just a short walk to the main attractions and the bus stops right in front of the hotel if you don't want to walk. the best part was the pool and spa. So clean and relaxing!
The poor wifi signal in our room. the pillows were a bit too soft for our liking.

the location was convenient with a nearby bus stop and adequate facilities such as a wellness area for unwinding. the spacious rooms were clean with cozy beds, and the bathrooms were pristine. In the morning, we had a scrumptious breakfast buffet with diverse options that included some local products sourced from the region.

I spent my Easter break in a hotel nestled in the Austrian Alps. One of the best aspects of my stay was that the hotel had a great spa that allowed me to relax after a long day of skiing. the views from my room were breathtaking, showcasing the snow-capped mountains that surrounded the hotel. Another thing I appreciated about this hotel was the fact that it was located in close proximity to several ski resorts, making it easy for me to access the slopes.
There were a few things I didn't enjoy about my stay. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, and there were not many options for those with dietary restrictions.
